Polar Coffee Roasters is a boutique small batch roaster in Ottawa, Ontario offering a rotation of single origin beans. Kevin has been operating as the sole and head roaster from the start. His passion for precision is what makes the coffee so unique. He offers customers the opportunity to customize and control the roast levels which is unfounded.

Kevin has had several iterations of roasting equipment through his years and is currently using the Aillio Bullet R1. This 1KG roaster offers a host of benefits.
