ABOUT POLAR COFFEE ROASTERS

Polar Coffee Roasters is a boutique small batch roaster based locally in Ottawa, Ontario. We are pleased to offer a selection of small batch order roasted to perfection or customized to your specifications. We strive to provide the highest quality possible and offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.

ROASTING PROCESS

We roast in small batches (only 2 - 230g bags at a time) on an Aillio Bullet roaster capable of highly consistent roast profiles. If you desire you can customize your roast darker or lighter upon ordering. Your personal roast profile is saved to our database for future replication or modification and we strive to get you that perfect cup you've been chasing.
